No one can "own" the customer. Those times are long gone. You can make it easy for customers so you dont lose them along the clicks that happen in their shopper journey. Its a buyers market!! :)
I took it a step further
Mustafa Shehabi it gets worse .. nobody ever owned the customer … it’s one of those lies we told ourselves to make us feel better in a world of chaos.
This is one of my themes in my 'Age of Engagement' thesis. Me - back in June last year ...
In short, we built the illusion that we could manage complexity by taming it.
Nothing says that better than some wonk in a corporate department who thinks they 'own the customer'.

Next thing I said to Claude after killing whatever long task it got going on. "You don't go off into space while you're working with me." The number one task for Anthropic, makers of Claude is to teach it to work with humans. That's the biggest weakness. It has to learn the whole project every session. Maybe Manton does is the right way to go, just let it compress its memory and never start a new session.

It’s purely personal anecdotal, but I feel like Siri AI has gotten worse since iOS 27.0 was officially released. It feels a bit slower and I seem to get worse answers, sometimes. I asked it for a word today, using it as an interactive thesaurus, and it simply told me it couldn’t.
Same feeling here. Hadn’t thought much about it until now.

Victorious candidate Sagal Abdi-Wali, the leader of Camden Council since May, secured 12,292 votes to Polanski’s 8,928.
27,309 ballot papers were cast in Holborn - some 97 of which were spoiled.
• Abdi-Wali: 45.17% (roughly; see spoiled papers)
• Polanski: 32.81% (ditto)
Votes were cast and Zack was cast out and thrown off the island.
