I don't live in the ‘xyz economy’ worlds - 🖇️ far too many to keep track of. BUT for a while now I have been talking and writing about the global movement from ‘Systems of Record’ to ‘Systems of Engagement’ - and the need for people and businesses to not throw away all of their systems and ‘drop in a new stack’ - but rather to start to think differently about what they already have and how to use that to ‘engage for the future’ and not ‘broadcast history’.
On that we seem to be aligned.

Over at 🔗 eg Innovations .. they have been thinking about ‘team alignment’ .. this short analysis tool is an interesting gateway to getting to answers as well as getting a better understanding of your own environment.
One person's answers give you a data point. Ask your infrastructure, operations, application, service delivery and workplace teams to complete it independently, and you may find everyone has a different view of how well your monitoring actually performs. That gap between answers is the insight.

Of course there is a second issue …100,000 people losing jobs in middle management and then adding 162,000 jobs in warehouses and fast food chains isn’t neccesarily good news ..
is income lost across 100,000 jobs less or more than income gained across 162,000 jobs?
we live in a world of multiple jobs held by people just to survive, how many people with no income versus now having income is surely the better measure?
